Playpilot, which collects content from different streaming services, launches its site in Denmark, and is accepted into Google’s accelerator program.
Playpilot describes itself as “the largest collection of streaming services in the Nordics”, now that the company connects 10 Danish video sites. So far, Playpilot has connected 24 streaming services, for example Netflix, Viaplay and SVT Play, with over 12.000 titles.
“There is no other service like this in Denmark, and we hope that Danish viewers will be quick to see the advantages of having one platform for all their streaming”, Adam Chrigström, the CEO of Playpilot, says.
At the same time, the company reveals that the former chairman of the board at Magine, Michael Werner, invests an undisclosed amount in the company.
The company has also been accepted into the program Google for entrepreneurs, which is about to be launched in Stockholm, with the co-workingspace Epicenter as its hub.
Playpilot was founded in 2014 by Adam Chrigström and Henning Horn.
