The Nordic Startup Awards (NSA) is an award show committed to celebrating Nordic ingenuity and entrepreneurial spirit across the startup ecosystem. Being the only award of its kind, it also fosters greater collaboration among the Nordics.
How it Works
The NSA is carried out in two rounds. First, national semi-finals are held in Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden. These nominations are now open. Then, semi-finalists will move on to the Grand Finale which will be held in Oslo, Norway this year.
As CEO & Co-Founder Kim Balle explains: “In the Nordic Startup scene nationality is not important. But the exchange of talent and technology is crucial. We want to support this by gather and calibrate our thriving Nordic ecosystem”.
How to Vote
It’s up to you to nominate (and then vote for) the startup kings and queens of your community! Nominations can be made via the website.
This year we are also proud to announce that we have expanded to Central and Eastern Europe with the Central European Startup Awards (CESA), the finale of which will be held in Budapest, Hungary. The NSA and CESA share the same executive team as well as a cross regional Advisory Board and Jury, building a bridge between the two regions.
