On 15-16 March 2014 Stockholm will hold the first “Hack for Sweden” event. The event is a collaboration between thirteen government bodies and organisations who want to create the opportunities for innovators, programmers, developers, students, and data scientists to develop new and innovative services and products using open or free data, provided by those bodies or organisations.
Hack for Sweden aims to inspire an increased use of government data so that new products, services and knowledge can be developed and brought to the public sector.
A jury will select the best entries in four different categories, including the best combination of data from different data sources. Winners will receive, among other things the chance to attend a conference on mobile development in Berlin.
Register your team by 2 March.
