MuchDifferent from Uppsala, who we wrote about a while back, just announced their support for Unreal Engine and CryENGINE. For those who don’t know what Unreal Engine or CryENGINE is, they are what you call gaming engines.
However, what we are announcing today is that now developers using Unreal Engine 4 and CryENGINE 3 will also be able to enjoy the same powerful network tools that previously used to be exclusive to Unity developers. We will start rolling this support out carefully by only taking on a few game projects on CryENGINE and then spoil those guys rotten with our attention and support. They will have the comfort of having the full support of the team that is responsible for pushing the limits of networking, development speed, world record massiveness and even providing an award winning network experience on mobile devices. We will make sure that every question is answered and share our experience of best practises and architecture, even being on-site helping out when needed.
Below you can see videos of the both engines in action.
