Written by on August 14, 2013

inRiver – a Malmö based company that work with Product Information Management have picked up 20 million SEK in funding from Industrifonden and former Qliktech exec Magnus Lindhe (for the VC fund Zobito).

inRiver have been in operation since 2004 and develops software that helps companies with online stores to collect pictures and information about a product and present it consistently across all sales channels: online, in-store and catalog. They now have over 100 customers in 13 countries and have their sights set on the US.

They are also currently looking for two developers and a sales executive to join the Malmö team.

They have a really good grasp on the Nordic market. It is hoped that they will be able to copy the Nordic success in the U.S. and other parts of the world. We believe they will be able to grow very quickly, says Magnus Lindhe of Zobito.
